All services are subject to separate proposals, service agreements, and invoices as applicable. 6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, all fees are due upon receipt of invoice. Payments may be made by cash, check, ACH, credit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods listed on our Site. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Louisville, Kentucky, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Preferences, constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Life, LLC regarding the use of the Site and services.
