What you’ll do

  • Install and support technology systems at client sites.
  • Run/terminate cable, label, test, and document work.
  • Troubleshoot issues with a calm, customer-friendly approach.
  • Work with the team to complete projects on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean job site and high workmanship standards.

Field Technician / Installer

Hands-on installation work and onsite support.

  • Comfortable with tools, ladders, and learning new systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional attitude with clients

Lead Technician

Own the job site, coordinate work, and ensure quality.

  • Experience leading installs and managing punch lists
  • Documentation + communication skills
  • Quality-control mindset

Support / Systems Technician

Troubleshooting, configuration, and ongoing support.

  • Comfortable with networking basics
  • Customer-first communication
  • Organized, process-driven work style

Helpful experience (not required)

  • Low-voltage cabling, termination, testing, labeling
  • Networking fundamentals (switching, Wi-Fi, IP basics)
  • Security/access systems, cameras, intercom, or paging/audio
  • Job documentation, photos, punch lists, and as-builts
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
